A demo can be downloaded here - http://www.statsilk.com/files/module-demos/StatPlanet_multiple_map_layer... (as linked from http://www.statsilk.com/software/add-on-modules) but it does not come with actual map files for the second and third layer, which you would need to provide yourself.
