Can I add more shp?

Hi,
I'm new on StatPlanet, I'm working on an interactive map of natural reserves. I have added one shp on StatPlanet Plus, and it works perfect, but I would like to add more SHP on the map so I can easily locate the reserves in the study area.. can I do this? if so, how can I do it?
If not, can it be posible to put an image layer or a raster on the background so I can locate better the areas?
Thank you!

Hi,
You could try adding a raster map layer as explained here, although this is typically used to add a completely different map rather than an overlay map: http://www.statsilk.com/files/resources/User_Guide_StatPlanet.htm#_Toc343618916
Alternatively you could also add 'map points', for more details please see: http://www.statsilk.com/files/resources/User_Guide_StatPlanet.htm#_Toc343618924
Regarding multiple shapefile map layers, there is an option for purchasing a multiple map layers add-on module for StatPlanet Plus which would enable adding a static shapefile map layer on top of the 'main' (interactive) shapefile map layer. For more details please see http://www.statsilk.com/software/add-on-modules. If you wish to get this add-on module, you could first try using the 'additional' shapefile map layer as the main shapefile map to see if it is projected correctly / as expected in StatPlanet Plus.
Best,
Frank
