PayPal issue: after clicking the 'Pay Now' button, you find yourself returning to an earlier step or starting again from the beginning. When you check if the payment has registered, no payment will show up in your records. The payment has failed, and trying to pay again keeps looping you back to the beginning.
The following steps could help you resolve this issue:
- If you are logged into PayPal but are paying as a 'guest' using Credit Card, try logging out first before making the payment.
- Try making the PayPal payment using a different web-browser.
