In the older version of StatPlanet (Flash-based), the map legend will stretch to fill the screen, so more than 20 would not be clearly visible / practical. In the new version, StatPlanet Cloud (https://www.statsilk.com/software/statplanet-cloud), it will automatically add a scroll bar for the map legend, so it handles this better.
