Dear statplanet,
Sorry to sound lame.. but I can't help wondering why my shp works just fine in statplanet plus, but won't load in statplanet lite. Tried about 100's times (with 3rd party s/w to "repair" my shp), but still no luck.
I really hope that you can help.
Best regards,
Surya

shp load
Dear Surya,
You could try to copy the file "SHPreader.swf" from StatPlanet Plus to StatPlanet Lite (a newer version of the file that reads in the map). I'm assuming the ".DBF - ID column" selected is the same in both versions?
I'm not sure the new "SHPreader.swf" will work but it is worth a try. There is also another version called "SHPreader2.swf" which you could try to copy over and rename as "SHPreader.swf".
Best wishes,
Frank
Dear Frank,
Thank you very much for your kind and quick response.
Yes, i already tried the "swf swap"-method earlier before, when it executed the flash file remains at loading phase infinitely. (While using the original swf, flash file will load successfully and show the indicator -but not the shapefile)
Oh, and you are right -the ".DBF - ID column" selected is the same in both versions.
Any idea?
I am herewith submitting my files (edited) for your perusal.
(Edit: It works perfectly with the latest shpreader #2. A big -big thank you for your help and a wonderful program)
Best wishes
Surya
Great glad to hear it worked!
Best,
Frank

Dear Surya,
I checked your map and indeed it doesn't load in StatPlanet Lite. However, upon replacing the SHPreader.swf file the map loaded correctly. I have now updated the SHPreader.swf in StatPlanet Lite:

The ID column used was "KECAMATAN" (the default detected one).

Frank
