About two years ago, we bought Stat Planet for the site portal.chapingo.mx. Over this time, the software worked fine. From the last week we struggled to display the loaded content in Stat Planet. I put the original files on another server to verify that the problem was due to, but not the original files work. The URL of Stat Planet using our data is http://www.chapingo.mx/dicifo/demyc/idh/new/bases_new/?mod=maps. The URL of original files in other server is http://superdump.net23.net/Pruebas/StatPlanet_chapingo/web/StatPlanet.html. I would appreciate the help you could give us to solve this problem. It seems there is no public permission to the chapingo.mx link (message "You don't have permission to access /dicifo/demyc/idh/new/bases_new/ on this server."). If it cannot be public access, it could also be sent privately via http://www.statsilk.com/contact

It seems that there was a temporary problem with the server, I think if you try again you can access. But the problem loading the Stat Planet content (map, data, graphs) is solved, now we found another problem. If you try to download map or download graph using Firefox or IE (latest versions) there is no problem, but if you try this options using Chrome, it seems the options doesn't work. Any suggestions?
