Lost Shapefile Boundaries in SPP3.2

I have been using StatPlanet Plus very successfully using a shapefile to display multiple layers of data for different levels of detail for a specific area. It works by setting MAP-ND-TR to TRUE and then setting up the data file to only select parts of the complete image for differing levels of detail.
I have just been trying out SPP 3.2 as the Story features look interesting and I have loaded up my previous 3.1 version shapefile maps and data / settings. It all worked very well except for one thing: the boundaries for the shapefiles have disappeared so contiguous areas with same legend values look merged together.
I have scoured the site and forum and I have tried many of the colour settings but there is only one thing that seems to influence this issue: if I set MAP-ND-TR to false, I get all the boundaries back but all the layers are visible at once which defeats my purpose!
I normally get by well with your excellent documentation but this one has really foxed me!

Should also have noted that I have tried both the web and non-web versions of 3.2 and they both exhibit this behaviour

Thanks for pointing this out. The multiple maps issue has been resolved, and StatPlanet Plus 3.2 has been updated.

Excellent - thanks Frank! It's working perfectly. Now I am going to go on to have some fun learning how to use the Story Panel
