I am confused as to where (the main Import Sheet, the Import Names Sheet, or the data sheet) I put the code (instance name) and where I put the real name that I want to be displayed on the map. Thank you!

The real name goes in the sheet 'import', and the instance name / code goes into the sheet 'data.
The 'import names' sheet updates automatically based on the sheet 'import', and its only purpose is for importing data.
