The only way to display map colors in graphs is to create a bullet-graph, through the StatPlanet Data Editor, sheet 'settings', variable 'GR-BULLET'. To change the color of the graph bars itself, you could set the variable 'GR-C-CLR' to TRUE, but this changes the values according to the map region colors as indicated in the sheet 'Map regions'. This is not really what you are after, although it is possible to set 'permanent' color categories this way through groupings in the sheet 'Map regions'.
