i would like to develop a map of climate data, example rain,temp, high temp low temp etc.
i do not know which version of statplanet to use or how to add data. can you please help....

For a short explanation of the two options available for using/creating your own maps, please see http://www.statsilk.com/support/faq#maps. This is assuming you would need your own map, as StatPlanet only comes with the world and USA maps built in.
