| Bigger zoom to layered maps / | 12 years 11 months ago |
Dear community, I have layered some maps on QGIS. From the graph panel, I can choose which map to display. The first map is a map of Mexico, the second one is a map of Tamaulipas (a state in Mexico) and the third map is a municipality of that state which is further subdivided. The first map shown is the whole country with the states, it is shown with an acceptable zoom. When I click in the graph panel to see the state map, the zoom is not enough and the map looks very small, even worst is when clicking to see the municipality. I grouped the states into the Country map and... |
| same indicator in two categories? | 12 years 11 months ago |
Is it possible to have the same indicator appearing in two different categories? The organisation of my dataset has overlap because the categories have been set as policy areas. I am having some errors in importing and am wondering if this might be the reason. |

| How to show a different map than the projected one? | 12 years 11 months ago |
Dear experts, I'm trying to build an interactive atlas with STATPLANET PLUS. I have a map of a state divided into municipalities. Then I have shapefiles of each separate municipality divided into many small squares. I'm projecting first the map of the state with its municipalities. Is there some way for the user to select to also see the second map (the map of the municipalities divided into small squares)? I don't know if with some different layers or a menu or something. I would be very thankful if you could give a tip how to do it!! Regards! |

Hello! |
| Stat Planet not respecting divisions on map. | 12 years 11 months ago |
Dear all, I'm working with a shapefile that I modified in QGIS 1.8.0 and now want to project on STAT PLANET PLUS. The shapefile contains a map of a state in Mexico. To this map I added the municipalities and then I divided it into 1200 features (small squared regions). Then I attached weather information to each and every one of the 1200 features. The thing is when projecting it with STAT PLANET PLUS it only takes a random position of one of the categories of the information I attached, and this for the whole municipality even though its is divided into many features, say 20 or 30... |

Dear community, I'm trying to load to STATPLANET PLUS a shapefile that I edited on QGIS 1.8.0. Everything seems normal and I follow the instructions to run a shapefile that are on the website (prepare DBF file, etc) but when I click on the flash icon to run STATPLANET I always get: "Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error. Hi Frank, |
| Map Legend: Estimate Best Values | 13 years 1 week ago |
Hello I noticed that on Stat Planet setting, the option Map Legend: Estimate Best Value Distribution is not really working. Whether or not you select it, it will always re calculate the legend as you change continents/regions. Is anyone else facing the same problem? Can I fix this somehow? Best Regards |
