Setup Map Issue |

I have created a US county map. When selecting the Setup Map file option, the columns headings are not properly updated. Is this due to a column number restriction? If so, any workaround? Thanks.

Cannot upload map to CMS website builder godaddy.com |

Hi! How do I upload the map to a CMS website builder (in my case it is godaddy.com)? When I try to upload the content.swf file, all I get is a tiny icon that says StatBuilder, but does not show the map. I uploaded the following files to the website (the other files in the web folder were not supported by Godaddy):

-
readme.txt
-
settings.csv
-
StatPlanet.swf
The website builder allows me to drag and drop a flash file onto the page. How do I get the map to work in this format?

hi there, i was trying to made a simply maps using statplanet as my assignment.
i made my own vector cause i need map for the place i living.
everything gone well till i try to change the fake data with the real one. it keeps saying:
TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties.

Hello,
I have tried downloading both StatePlanet Lite and StatPlanet Plus and followed the directions in the user guide to replace the maps included with one I downloaded in shapefile format (downloaded from here: http://geocommons.com/maps/40609).
Since I have Office 2008 for mac, which does not support macros, I have been opening various StatPlanet_data_editor files (there seem to be several in both the Lite and Plus downloads) with both NeoOffice and OpenOffice. While the excel spreadsheet does open, I have never successfully... |

Using MMM-YYYY format for time series data |

Colleagues,
I am working on my first StatPlanet Plus (non-commercial) analytics which will be an Australian states set of time series data so I can track various employment data sets (unemployment, participation rate etc).
Map is uploaded but the ABS data is not configured correctly for StatPlanet, thus I am having to manually enter the data in the data.csv file. First problem is just the data compile which is failing in the data import.
I've read the forum and I'm not sure anyone has discussed this exact problem as they seem to work on data which is a year time... |

I have converted tab file to esri file using unversal translator. However in the flash file map is displayed as a bunch of rectangular shapes like japanese origami!

Thousand separator not showing |

Dear All,
I am sorry if this has been answered before and I have browse through the old forum but could not find the answer why my data is not showing thousand separator in the map. I have two indicator, one ranging from 1000 - 9000 and the other ranging from 11.000 - 99.000. The later shows as (for example) 11,7 (in thousand). However, the previous only shows 5433, 1134 etc. I looked in the statplanet plus example and it shows thousand just fine (with "," separator). I am using stat planet 3.0.

Hi,
In the X axis, instead of years, we use different labels (e.g. high , low...). It works , But the problem what we have is, we can see only the value of first indicator in the label in the graph, not the other values, eventhough dots are available,
And also, we see the tooltip details( values of ALL indicators) on clicking of the country in the righthand side, Is it possible to adapt this?In a way, that shows in the tooltip, only the value of the corresponding indicator..
Just we found one more strange issue that we changed the legend that in a way that shows some... |

Hi,
2 questions in one:
1- grouping periods. i'm dealing with months rather than years. Is there a way to have them regrouped by quarter and years when selecting period on scatter plot chart?
2 - selecting periods: is there any way to restrict the period for graph display say : "i just want the trendline from this month to this month or for 2012 only, or display only quarters?

Hi,
we want to display the regions (which we used the dots) in different colors other than the country color, since it is not visible at all if both(country and region) are same color.
Could you please suggest where this option available ?
