Is it possible to insert / embed the interactive map (.swf file?) directly into a pdf file? I have attempted to do this using Acrobat Pro X with no luck - it just freezes.
Thanks!
Hi,
Unfortunately that is not possible, as far as I know, because the swf needs to load data from external files (data.csv and settings.csv). I don't think there is a mechanism for embedding these as well into the pdf and getting the swf to read them.
The best option to show some 'interactivity' might be to create a screen recording using one of the many free applications for this, such as CamStudio.
Best,
Frank
