Can't view charts with Mac | 6 years 8 months ago |
I have downloaded Statplanet for Mac, and all of the examples load and display properly. A friend sent me a data.csv file and a setttings.csv file, which load OK on Windows if I put them in a folder with a .exe file that he also supplied. Issues Displaying Map Text Labels | 7 years 1 month ago |
Hello, I am having an issue with map text labels that I cannot figure out. I am currenlty working on three seperate StatPlanet documents related to community, private, and public universities in Texas. All three have the same settings in the 'Map Options' portion of the Data Manager (MAP-TXT: 3, MAP-TXT-L: 1, ZOOM-INCR: 1) and the MAP JOIN ID is identical (OBJECTID). However, the private and community college layouts will not display the name of the schools (no issues with the public universities). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mark |
Pop-up showing for text value on Desktop Lite version, but not on the Website | 7 years 3 months ago |
Hi, I have tried using several keywords to locate a query that matches mine, but no luck. Hope I am not repeating an old topic. I am using StatPlanet Plus. In the Desktop version all non-number values show correctly when I hover over a map region. However, these values do not show up when I use the same feature on the website version of the map. I've tried both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. My data and settings files are excatly the same in both cases. Can this problem be related to content file or any other files? I will appreciate your help.

StatPlanet Cloud and Wix | 7 years 5 months ago |
I am trying to publish our StatPlanet Cloud maps onto a pre-existing Wix website. The FAQ on the StatSilk page says this is possible, but there are no steps included. How can I do this? What files need to be uploaded to Wix and do I need to update the HTML when it is copied over? Can someone please provide step-by-step instructions? Thank you! Seth |
