International Character Sets |

Hi,
I tried to use Arabic Characters in StatePlanet Plus2.4 Desktop Version but i have a problem.
Before using International Character Sets, Arabic words were mixed up and shown in wierd shapes (like ┬╨╤و). Then, I used your instructions about deploying International Character Sets in the program but still had problem with fonts. Letters did not attach together Correctly (like ز ب ا ن), also it displayed letters still from left to right.
I have no clue how to sovle this problem. I will be gratefull if anybody can help me.

Question about the trendline labels |

Hello,
If i use other values than years in the time attribute the trendline wont display all the labels when i highlight it (only the last label on the right is displayed).
I studied the demo in the World_map folder and its the same with the quarters, only shows the last label.
Ive noticed that it only works on the USA_map demo.
Do they have different settings and what do i have to change if thats the case.

does statplanet.exe work without statplanet data editor and how can i export the statplanet.exe, besides pdf creator , if i only need the statplanet.exe?

Tool to Import and save in .csv Format |

Hello Sir,
We purchased and now using the StatPlanet . we need your input/suggestions for our queries.
Since we have the huge amount of data with different categories, and cycles(Year), we do not want to use the statplanet editor to create the .csv file instead we want to create our own Tool to import the data and save the .xls to .csv format.
Please let us know if you see any disadvantage / problems / limitations by doing this own tool.
We wanted to show the participating countries in startup Window, Is it possible?

VBA Errors: creating my own map |

Hi!
I've encountered critical problem while creating my own map(South Korea, Asia) with statplanet-create your own map function.
Maybe there are some errors in your VBA coding: StatPlanet_data_editor.xls.
When I hit 'Save data' Button, it runs into debug mode and prints compile error.
I found that there are misplaced quotes-marks in your SaveData / Save method.
It needs to be corrected like this, I think.
Sub Savedata()
...
As is: Cells.Replace What:="?, Replacement:=" - ", LookAt:=xlPart"
To be: Cells.... |

StatPlanet Plus settings for Joomla 2.5 |

I am tryed to upload StatPlanet Plus on Joomla 2.5. I have tried editor TinyMCE, EKEditor, JCE editor with no filter option but still not able to display statplanet plus on Joomla 2.5.
I also tried AllVideos plugin but still having problem.
is anybody who knows setting to have StatPlanet Plus on Joomla 2.5

Showing ONLY percentages for 30 countries |

Hello,
I would very much appreciate help from anyone.
I have percentage (literacy level) from 30 countries ranging from 9% to 87%.
I have two columns data with 30 observation in excel file (country and %age)
Data is not importing the file, when I enterd by hand, its not showing any graph
Please guide

Hello Sir,
We wanted to know where the mapping between ISO code and Country Name is handled in the statplanet editor.xlsm. As we see only the Country Name in the Import worksheet.
Please let us know where can we see this mapping..

Hi,
We are using different tool to import the data in the statplanet editor,
What is the need of column TYPE in the statplanet editor?
can I use this column with my own data added , because using these information, I have to find the particular year and row in the Editor, Instead of having a mapping between description and code in the program I want to add a column in the Editor directly , Can I use this column for adding some variable code?
When I added some data now, in TYPE column, nothing affected, but I would like to confirm with you,

StatPlanet Labels |

Hi,
We added new Labels in the Import,Import Name and in the Text Translations, and We saved it to the settings file.
For example United Arab Emirates,United Arab Emirates (Dubai), we added in all the 3 sheets, and it worked fine,
For United States, it does not work,
Ex , we added the labels, USA, Connecticut and USA, Florida and USA, California the corresponding sheets and it contains the data.
when I view the statplanet, I see that in the All Regions list contains the label as "US repeated times..
