Question: Two of the regions included in the shapefile have no data. Can I remove these locations from the "Regions" section of the StatPlanet interface? I could just leave them in the data editor without any associated data, but I don't want them to show up as options in the dropdown region menu? Question: Some map points are linked to the wrong community/region: in other words, when I a map-dot, the place name that appears is incorrect. Suggestions of how to isolate the error? About two years ago, we bought Stat Planet for the site portal.chapingo.mx. Over this time, the software worked fine. From the last week we struggled to display the loaded content in Stat Planet. I put the original files on another server to verify that the problem was due to, but not the original files work. Hi, Im trying to publish the World map on my Sitecore CMS. I have uploaded all of the StatPlanet files in the 'web' folder to the files area of my media library, but I am not having luck publishing them to the actual site. When I link the StatPlanet.html or StatPlanet_small.html inside my editor, The link will ask to download and save the html document, after I have saved it will ask me if I want to open the file, when I open the file all I get is the warning "This page requires Flash Player version 9.0.45 or higher" and a link for the Flash Player download. I have my map working here: http://www.civicyouth.org/state-civic-education-at-a-glance/ (password: civicyouth) However, the export map feature doesn't seem to work. I've tried with both JPEG and PNG options chosen. Export data works fine. Export graph doesn't work either, but assuming that is because I've disabled the graph feature. Thoughts? - F |

Hello everybody, Before purchasing StatPlanet, I would like to know if it is possible to adjust borders within a country map (the Netherlands) for municipalities, since there has been a lot of merging of municipalities going on. What I want to do for the timeline: for example if A & B merged in 2012 into C I want to have the data of A & B seperately before 2012, but after 2012 the data of C and will this change be visible on the map? If this is possible then it would be great. In that case, is it easy (and of course accurate) to do so and is there a tutorial? Thanks... |

Hi, I'm trying to use multiple data files, following the instructions in the manual. Statplanet opens correctly showing the first category/indicator. If I click another category the corresponding CSV seems to load, however the SWF will stall, greyed out, showing "Loading data, 100%". What am I doing wrong? |

This province is subdivided into three regions, and within each region are multiple communities.
